يجوز وقف الدعوى بناء على اتفاق الخصوم على عدم [غير مقروء]السير فيها مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر من تاريخ إقرار المحكمة لاتفاقهم [غير مقروء]ولكن لا يكون لهذا الوقف أثر فى أى ميعاد حتى يكون القانون قد حدده [غير مقروء]لإجراء ما .
وإذا لم تعجل الدعوى فى ثمانية الأيام التالية لنهاية الأجل اعتبر المدعى [غير مقروء]تاركا دعواه والمستأنف تاركا استئنافه .
