للمحكمة ولو من تلقاء نفسها أن تأمر بإدخال من ترى إدخاله لمصلحة العدالة أو لإظهار الحقيقة .
وتعين المحكمة ميعادا لا يجاوز ثلاثة أسابيع لحضور من تأمر بإدخاله ومن يقوم من الخصوم بإدخاله ويكون ذلك بالإجراءات المعتادة لرفع الدعوى .
