Article 112 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

إذا رفع النزاع ذاته إلى محكمتين وجب إبداء الدفع بالإحالة أمام المحكمة التى رفع إليها النزاع أخيرا للحكم فيه .
وإذا دفع بالإحالة للارتباط جاز إبداء الدفع أمام أى من المحكمتين
وتلتزم المحكمة المحال إليها الدعوى بنظرها .
