تودع بمكتبة الأكاديمية بدون مقابل خمس نسخ من كل مطبوع أو كتاب يصدر فى جمهورية مصر العربية فى المجالات العسكرية أو العلمية أو التاريخية أو السياسية أو الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية التى تختص بها الأكاديمية والتى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية.
ويسرى فى شأن ذلك القواعد والأحكام المطبقة على المطبوعات والمؤلفات المماثلة فى المكتبات العامة ومكتبات الجامعات المصرية
