على كل جهة من الجهات الإدارية حصر [غير مقروء] لأصول وموجودات المخازن التى تملكها وإمساك سجل خاص لهذه الأصول لمتابعتها مع إظهار قيمتها فى نهاية السنة المالية ويرفق بيان بهذه الأصول بالحساب الختامى مع بيان التغييرات التى طرأت عليها خلال السنة المالية وذلك وفقا للأسس والقواعد التى تبينها اللائحة التنفيذية .
