يلتزم كل فرد من تاريخ تسلمه بطاقة الخدمة العسكرية والوطنية الى أن يتم سن الثلاثين من عمره أن يتقدم في حالة تغيير محل اقامته أو عمله ومعه بطاقة اثبات الشخصية الى القسم أو المركز الذى انتقلت اليه اقامته وذلك خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ حدوث التغيير .
وعلى القسم أو المركز اخطار مندوب التجنيد بالجهة الادارية التى تسلم منها الفرد بطاقة الخدمة العسكرية بتغيير محل اقامته .
