كل قيد فى محل الصيدلة بالوزارة يتم بطريق التزوير أو بطرق احتيالية أو بوسائل أخرى غير مشروعة يلغى بقرار من وزير الصحة العمومية ويشطب الاسم المقيد نهائيا منه . وتخطر نقابة الصيادلة والنيابة العامة بذلك .
وعلى النقابة إخطار وزارة الصحة العمومية بكل قرار يصدره مجلسها أو هيئاتها التأديبية بوقف صيدلى عن مزاولة المهنة أو بشطب اسمه .
