لا يجوز السماح بدخول المستحضرات الصيدلية الدستورية أو النباتات الطبية ومتحصلاتها الطبيعية أو المواد الدوائية فى مصر إلا إذا كان مبينا عليها اسم دستور الأدوية المجهزة بموجبه وتاريخ تجهيزها أو جمعها وأن تكون مطابقة تماما لجميع اشتراطات هذا الدستور وأن تجلب داخل غلافات محكمة الغلق .
