لوزير الصحة العمومية بناء على توصية اللجنة الفنية لمراقبة الأدوية أن يصدر قرارات يحظر التداول لأية مادة أو مستحضر صيدلى يرى فى تداوله ما يضر بالصحة العامة . وفى هذه الحالة يشطب تسجيل المستحضر من دفاتر الوزارة وإن كان مسجلا وتصادر الكميات الموجودة منه إداريا أينما وجدت دون أن يكون لأصحابها الحق فى الرجوع على الوزارة بأى تعويض .
