يجب على كل من يريد فتح محل للاتجار فى النباتات الطبية الواردة فى دساتير الأدوية أو فى أجزاء مختلفة من هذه النباتات أو فى المتحصلات الناتجة بطبيعتها من النباتات الحصول على ترخيص فى ذلك وفقا للأحكام العامة الخاصة بالمؤسسات الصيدلية ولا يسرى هذا الحكم على محال بيع النباتات الطبية الواردة بالجدول السابع الملحق بهذا القانون .
