يجوز لوزير الصحة العمومية أن يعفى من أداء الامتحان المنصوص عليه فى المادة (٣) المصريين إذا كانوا حاصلين على شهادة الدراسة الثانوية القسم الخاص أو ما يعادلها وكانوا مدة دراستهم حسنى السير والسلوك ومواظبين على تلقى دروسهم العملية طبقا لبرنامج المعاهد التى تخرجوا منها .
