تحدد مواعيد العمل بالصيدليات وما يتبع فى الإجازات السنوية بالراحة الأسبوعية والأعياد الرسمية ونظام الخدمة الليلية بقرار يصدره وزير الصحة العمومية بعد أخذ رأى نقابة الصيادلة بحيث لا تقل ساعات العمل اليومية عن ثمانى ساعات وبحيث يضمن وجود عدد من الصيدليات مفتوحة فى جميع الأوقات .
