كل دواء يحضر بالصيدلية يجب أن يوضع فى وعاء مناسب ويوضع على بطاقته اسم الصيدلية وعنوانها واسم صاحبها ورقم القيد بدفتر قيد التذاكر الطبية وتاريخ التحضير وكيفية استعمال الدواء [غير مقروء] هو مذكور بالتذكرة الطبية واسم الدواء إذا صرف بغير تذكرة طبية .
