مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون العقوبات أو أى قانون آخر يعاقب بغرامة لا تجاوز مائة جنيه كل من نشر تقارير غير صحيحة عن الوضع المالى أو الإدارى عن نشاط أى جمعية تعاونية وتتعدد العقوبة بتعدد النشر .
