على كل جمعية أن تؤمن على خزائنها ومخازنها ومنشآتها وموجوداتها وعلى أرباب العهد من العاملين [غير مقروء] ضد مخاطر العمل بما فى ذلك العجز والهلاك والسرقة والحريق وخيانة الأمانة وذلك طبقا للنظام الذى تضعه الهيئة العامة لتنمية الثروة السمكية .
