تخصص الأرباح الناتجة عن المشروعات الإنتاجية التى تملكها أو تديرها الجمعية تحت اسم احتياطى مشروعات ويودع فى حساب خاص للصرف منه فى دعم هذه المشروعات وذلك بعد خصم ١٠ ٪ للاحتياطى القانونى للجمعية و ٢٥ ٪ تخصص للحصص النقدية والعينية المستثمرة فى المشروعات وذلك كله بعد سداد كافة النفقات ومقابلة كافة الالتزامات وصرف حوافز الإنتاج لمن يعملون بالمشروعات بما يحقق ربط مصلحة العمل بالعامل .
