يعاقب بالعقوبة المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة كل عضو فى الجمعية حصل بصفته هذه أو بصفته وكيلا عن عضو آخر بغير حق على سلف نقدية أو عينية أو مستلزمات إنتاج أو غير ذلك من الأمرال والسلع التى تتعامل فيها الجمعية ولم يستخدمها فى الغرض المخصص له أو إذا تم ذلك نتيجة تعمده الأدلاء ببيانات غير صحيحة .
