يتكون مجلس إدارة الاتحاد من ثلاثين عضوا على الأقل من بينهم عضو منتخب عن كل جمعية مركزية وممثل على الأقل لكل من الجمعيات التى يشمل نشاطها أكثر من محافظة والجمعيات العامة التى تشترك فى عضوية الاتحاد .
ولوزير الزراعة أن يعين خمسة أعضاء بالمجلس من بين المشتغلين بالتعاون الزراعى .
و يبين النظام الداخلى للاتحاد طريقة تكوين هذا المجلس .
