يرد للجمعيات التعاونية بحكم القانون ممتلكاتها من المقار
والمخازن والمنشآت والأثاثات ووسائل النقل والانتقال التى سلمت الى غير
التعاونيات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون ، ويصدر قرار من وزير الزراعة بطريقة
استرداد هذه المتلكات التى كانت تشغلها هذه الجمعيات .
وفى غير الحالات السابقة يتخذ وزير الزراعة اجراءات تدبير المقار والمخازن
اللازمة للجمعيات وذلك خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون .
