يعتبر طفلا - فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون - كل من بلغ
الرابعة عشرة سنة أو تجاوز سن إتمام التعليم الأساسى ولم يبلغ ثمانى عشرة سنة كاملة .
ويلتزم كل صاحب عمل يستخدم طفلا دون سن السادسة عشرة بمنحه بطاقة
تثبت أنه يعمل لديه وتلصق عليها صورة الطفل وتعتمد من مكتب القوى العاملة المختص .
