على صاحب العمل الذى يستخدم مائة عاملة فأكثر فى مكان واحد
أن ينشئ دارا للحضانة أو يعهد إلى دار للحضانة برعاية أطفال العاملات بالشروط
والأوضاع التى تحدد بقرار من الوزير المختص .
كما تلتزم المنشآت التى تستخدم أقل من مائة عاملة فى منطقة واحدة أن
تشترك فى تنفيذ الالتزام المنصوص عليه فى الفقرة السابقة بالشروط والأوضاع
التى تحدد بقرار من الوزير المختص .
