مع مراعاة حكم الفقرة الثانية من المادة (٧٢) من قانون الطفل
الصادر بالقانون رقم 12 لسنة 1996 ، يكون للعاملة فى المنشأة التى تستخدم
خمسين عاملا فأكثر الحق فى الحصول على إجازة بدون أجر لمدة لا تتجاوز سنتين
وذلك لرعاية طفلها ، ولا تستحق هذه الإجازة لأكثر من مرتين طوال مدة خدمتها .
