يحظر على صاحب العمل فصل العاملة أو إنهاء خدمتها أثناء إجازة
الوضع المبينة بالمادة السابقة .
ولصاحب العمل حرمانها من التعويض عن أجرها الشامل عن مدة الإجازة
أو استرداد ما تم أداؤه إليها منه إذا ثبت اشتغالها خلال الإجازة لدى صاحب عمل آخر ،
وذلك مع عدم الإخلال بالمساءلة التأديبية .
