يجب تنظيم ساعات العمل وفترات الراحة بحيث لا تتجاوز الفترة
بين بداية ساعات العمل ونهايتها أكثر من عشر ساعات فى اليوم الواحد وتحسب
فترة الراحة من ساعات التواجد إذا كان العامل أثناءها فى مكان العمل .
ويستثنى من هذا الحكم العمال المشتغلون فى أعمال متقطعة بطبيعتها والتى
يحددها الوزير المختص بقرار منه بحيث لا تزيد مدة تواجدهم على اثنتى عشرة
ساعة فى اليوم الواحد .
