يحدد الوزير المختص بقرار منه المهن والأعمال والحرف التى يحظر على الأجانب الاشتغال بها ، كما يحدد النسبة القصوى لاستخدامهم فى المنشآت والجهات المبينة فى المادة (٢٧) من هذا القانون .
