يخضع استخدام الأجانب فى جميع منشآت القطاع الخاص ووحدات القطاع العام وقطاع الأعمال العام والهيئات العامة والإدارة المحلية والجهاز الإدارى للدولة للأحكام الواردة فى هذا الفصل ، وذلك مع مراعاة شروط المعاملة بالمثل .
ويحدد الوزير المختص حالات إعفاء الأجانب من هذا الشرط .
