يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن ألفى جنيه ولا تجاوز عشرة آلاف جنيه كل من يخالف أيا من أحكام المادة (٢٤) من هذا القانون أو القرارات الوزارية الصادرة تنفيذا لها .
