تلتزم المنشأة وفروعها بتوفير وسائل الوقاية من المخاطر السلبية والتى تنشأ أو يتفاقم الضرر أو الخطر من عدم توافرها . كوسائل الإنقاذ والإسعاف والنظافة والترتيب والتنظيم بأماكن العمل ، والتأكد من حصول العاملين بأماكن طهو وتناول الأطعمة والمشروبات على الشهادات الصحية الدالة على خلوهم من الأمراض الوبائية والمعدية .
