يحظر الإضراب أو الدعوة إليه فى المنشآت الاستراتيجية أو الحيوية التى يترتب على توقف العمل فيها الإخلال بالأمن القومى أو بالخدمات الأساسية التى تقدمها للمواطنين .
ويصدر قرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء بتحديد هذه المنشآت .
