تفصل هيئة التحكيم فى النزاع المعروض عليها فى مدة لا تجاوز شهرا من بدء نظره ، وللهيئة أن تقرر سماع الشهود وندب أهل الخبرة ومعاينة محال العمل والاطلاع على جميع المستندات الخاصة بالنزاع واتخاذ الإجراءات التى تمكنها من الفصل فيه .
