يحدد رئيس هيئة التحكيم جلسة لنظر النزاع لا يجاوز ميعادها خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ ورود ملف النزاع إلى الهيئة ، ويخطر أعضاء الهيئة وممثل الوزارة المختصة وطرفا النزاع بالجلسة المحددة قبل ثلاثة أيام على الأقل من تاريخها بكتاب موصى عليه بعلم الوصول .
