للوسيط كافة الصلاحيات فى سبيل فحص النزاع والإلمام بعناصره ، وله على وجه الخصوص سماع طرفى النزاع والاطلاع على ما يلزم من مستندات ، وعلى الطرفين تقديم ما يطلبه الوسيط من البيانات والمعلومات التى تعينه على أداء مهمته .
