إذا لم تتم تسوية النزاع كليا خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ بدء المفاوضة جاز للطرفين أو لأحدهما أو لمن يمثلهما التقدم بطلب إلى الجهة الإدارية المختصة لاتخاذ إجراءات الوساطة .
