تقوم الوزارة المختصة بإنشاء وحدة إدارية تختص بشئون المفاوضات والاتفاقيات الجماعية ومراقبة تطبيقها .
ويصدر الوزير المختص بالاتفاق مع منظمات العمال ومنظمات أصحاب الأعمال قرارا يحدد فيه مستويات التفاوض الجماعى وموضوعاته والإجراءات التى تتبع فى شأنه على المستويين القومى والإقليمى والمستويات الأدنى .
ويصدر الوزير المختص قرارا يتضمن عقد عمل جماعى نموذجى يسترشد به أطراف المفاوضة .
