لصاحب العمل أن يعفى العامل من العمل أثناء مهلة الإخطار ،
مع احتساب مدة خدمة العامل مستمرة إلى حين انتهاء تلك المهلة ، مع ما يترتب
على ذلك من آثار وبخاصة استحقاق العامل أجره عن مهلة الإخطار .
