لايجوز إغلاق الدار بعد الترخيص بها إلا بقرار مسبب يصدر من لجنة
شئون دور الحضانة بالمحافظة .
ومع ذلك يجوز لمدير مديرية الشئون الاجتماعية بالمحافظة فى حالة الضرورة القصوى
إغلاق الدار مؤقتا بقرار مسبب يكون نافذا فور صدوره ، على أن يتم عرضه على لجنة
شئون دور الحضانة بالمحافظة خلال ثلاثين يوما لاتخاذ ماتراه طبقا لأحكام المادة السابقة .
ويترتب على عدم مراعاة الميعاد المشار إليه اعتبار القرار كأن لم يكن .
