إذا حدثت واقعة الميلاد أثناء السفر إلى الخارج وجب التبليغ عنها إلى
أقرب قنصلية مصرية فى الجهة التى يقصدها المسافر أو إلى مكتب السجل المدنى المختص
خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ الوصول .
وإذا حدثت واقعة الميلاد أثناء العودة فيكون التبليغ فى الأجل المذكور إلى مكتب
الصحة أو الجهة الصحية الكائنة فى محل الإقامة .
