Article 13 of the Child Law

دون إخلال بأى عقوبة أشد ينص عليها القانون ، يعاقب بالحبس مدة
لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائتى جنيه ولا تزيد على خمسمائة جنيه
أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين، كل من زاول مهنة التوليد على وجه يخالف أحكام هذا القانون،
ويعاقب بالعقوبتين معا فى حالة العود .
