لمن رخص لها بمزاولة مهنة التوليد التظلم من القرار الصادر بمجازاتها من
مجلس التأديب المشار إليه فى المادة السابقة بشطب اسمها أو حرمانها من مزاولة المهنة ،
خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ إخطارها بكتاب موصى عليه .
ويفصل فى التظلم مجلس يصدر بتشكيله قرار من وزير الصحة برئاسة أحد رؤساء
الإدارات المركزية بوزارة الصحة أو من يقوم مقامه ومن اثنين من مديرى العموم بالوزارة
أحدهما مدير عام الشئون القانونية .
