فيما عدا ما يعطى مجانا من صور القيد الخاصة بواقعات الميلاد والزواج يفرض رسم إضافى على النحو التالى:
جنية عن كل مستخرج قيد ميلاد.
خمسة جنيهات عن كل صورة قيد زواج.
وتؤول حصيلة هذا الرسم إلى إيرادات المجلس القومى للطفولة والأمومة.
