على الملاك أو ذوى الشأن فى المبانى التى بها مصاعد توفيق أوضاعهم واستيفاء الاشتراطات اللازمة وتقديم طلب الترخيص بتشغيل المصعد وفقا لهذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل باللائحة التنفيذية .
