على شاغلى العين التى صدر قرار نهائى بهدمها كليا أن يبادروا إلى إخلائها فى المدة المحددة فى القرار ، فإذا امتنعوا عن الإخلاء كان للجهة الإدارية المختصة بشئون التخطيط والتنظيم إخلاؤها بالطريق الإدارى وعلى نفقتهم دون أى إجراءات .
