على المالك أو ذوى الشأن التعاقد مع إحدى المنشآت المرخص لها فى مجال إنشاء وتشغيل المصاعد للقيام بأعمال الإصلاح والصيانة الدورية ويعتبر هذا التعاقد شرطا لتشغيل المصعد وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون إجراءات هذا التعاقد وتسجيل اعتماد المنشآت المشار إليها .
