يتعين عند البدء فى البناء أو التعلية أو استكمال الأعمال أو الترميم أو التدعيم أن توضع لافتة فى مكان ظاهر من موقع البناء ، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون البيانات والمواصفات الواجب توافرها فيها .
ويكون كل من المالك والمقاول مسئولا عن وضع هذه اللافتة وعن بقائها فى مكانها واضحة البيانات طوال مدة التنفيذ .
