يلتزم طالب الترخيص بتوفير أماكن مخصصة لإيواء السيارات يتناسب عددها والمساحة اللازمة لها وتصميمها مع الغرض من المبنى ، وذلك وفقا للاشتراطات التخطيطية للمنطقة وأحكام كود الجراجات فى الكود المصرى لاشتراطات الأمان للمنشآت متعددة الأغراض ، ووفقا للقواعد التى تبينها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
