تقوم الجهة الإدارية المختصة باعتماد التخطيط التفصيلى للمناطق الصناعية والحرفية طبقا للاشتراطات الصادرة من المجلس الأعلى للتخطيط والتنمية العمرانية .
وتسرى على مشروعات التقسيم فى المناطق الصناعية والحرفية ذات الأحكام والإجراءات الخاصة بتقسيم الأراضى مع مراعاة اللوائح والشروط والأوضاع المبينة باللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
