يعاقب كل شاغل يتخلف عن أداء اشتراك الصيانة أو الالتزامات المالية المقررة بغرامة شهرية لا تقل عن عشرة جنيهات ولا تجاوز مائة جنيه تتعدد بعدد أشهر التخلف ويحكم فضلا عن ذلك بإلزامه بأدائه الالتزامات المالية المقررة .
