1- ببلوغ القاصر إحدي وعشرين سنة إلا إذا تقرر استمرا الوصية علية
2- بعودة الولاية للوالي .
3- بعزلة أو قبول أستقالتة .
4- بفقد اهليتة أة ثبوت غيبتة أو موتة أو موت القصر .
