Article 31 of the Guardianship over Property Law

أ – اذا تعرضت مصلحة القاصر مع مصلحة الوالى او مصلحة قاصر اخر مشمول بولايته .
ب – اذا تعارضت مصلحة القاصر مع مصلحة الولى او زوجته او احد اصوله او فروعه مع من يملكه الوصى .
ج – ابرام عقد من عقود المعارضة تو تعديله او فسخه او ابطاله او الغاؤه بين القاصر وبين الوصى او احد من المذكورين في البند
د – اذا ال الي القاصر مال بطريق التبرع وشرط المتبرع الا يتولى الولى ادارة المال .
ه – اذا استلزمت الظروف درايه خاصة لاداء بعض الاعمال .
و – اذا كان الولى غير اهل لمباشرة حق من حقوق الولايه .
