علي الولى او ورثته رد اموال القاصر اليه عند بلوغه ويسال هو او ورثته عن قيمة ما تصرف فيه باعتبار القيمة وقت التصرف ولا يحاسب الاب علي ما تصرف فيه من ربع مال القاصر ومع ذلك يحاسب عن ربع المال الذى وهب للقاصر لغرض معين كالتعليم او القيام بحرفة او مهنه .
